MTN LEPHALALE TOWER DOWN

We have MTN NO SERVICE in LEPHALALE / ELLISRAS during LOADSHEDDING. I had a FAMILY EMERGENCY and COULDN'T phone NO ONE... IT'S also not the first first, it's been an Issue for AGES...
