MTN-LENOVO DISASTER

They sold a contract package to my daughter-in-law (Lenovo laptop). After two visits to the local store (Port Elizabeth) the technician said the laptop was faulty. I had already figured that out. Trying to get a contract cancellation and collection of their DUD product was a nightmare. We are still waiting for someone with authority to assist us in this matter. My daughter-in-law is disabled and I am a pensioner (SASSA), we had to drive 48 km over two days only to get shoved from pillar to post.
