MTN Legal - Useless
This is actually for MTN Legal. Fell into arrears with MTN. Legal told me I had to pay an amount to have the line reactivated.. paid that and then they said I had to pay more.. Paid that.. and now there is no way to contact them. I have sent countless emails and nobody replies. This process has taken nearly 3 weeks. I don't know what else to do or who to contact!!

31 Oct 2018, 09:31AND...... still nothing! Received an email saying line is active. Guess what..?? Its not active. Between you and MBD I'm not sure who are the ****** here. MBD are not able to furnish me with a statement to say what I owe.. they say you guys have to confirm that the line can be activated and you say you need a letter from MBD giving permission to activate the line. Is this number even still available to us??? .. none of you seem to actually know what is going on!!
