Mtn legal unattended complain

<p>Hi</p> <p> </p> <p>My mtn account was in arrears for 2 months and on the 27/04/2017 my phone was suspended. On the 29/05/2017 I made a payment of R400 to update my account instead of paying R295. My phone was still closed, contacted mtn and was told my account is in legal. Send the e-mail but no respond. Last month made another payment of R100 & my phone still closed. Contacted mtn same story e-mail was send to legal to date no respond. Would.like to know if I should stop paying and feels like this legal department doesn't exist. I'm paying for the phone that its not working and mtn owes me R107.00 for paying in advance </p>
