MTN Legal team is the worst .
I app**** for a MTN contract on the 25/05/2019 , My contract was declined because MTN legal team say my previous contract was not closed accordingly , I don't understand because my contract was closed after 24 months and I notified them a month before that and I did not skip a payment during that contract that ended in 2017 , I have tried sending emails to the legal department , I even tried calling the call center but poor service has been the order of the day ,no assistance whatsoever . I have been a MTN client for years and I feel I have reached the end with them .
