MTN Legal Team Information

I recently app**** for vehicle finance for the first time, just to learn that it was denied seeing as I have outstanding debt with MTN since February 2020. Seeing as I have no contract with them, or no idea what they're referring to, I can't track this because I have to use a cellphone number as reference, and I don't have one, and if I give up my ID number, they have nothing against my name. I attempted to call the call center, but I can't manage to get through to an operator. Any advice to get in touch with MTN's legal department with a direct line or email, seeing as "083135" does not work seeing as I'm NOT an MTN client?
