MTN Legal status on profile

I am very upset with MTN,

I paid up my contracts 3 years back and closed the contracts. But now I have a legal status in my profile. My account has been handed over to the legal department, I do not understand how!!! when I paid my account and had never been in arrears. I cannot even get hold of the right people to help me at their call centre.

MTN is a big ****!!! MTN PLEASE FIX THIS MESS or I am involving the lawyers. You **** people and want to them to pay you until they die??
