MTN Legal Service

<p>I was handed over by MTN after failing to pay my monthly instalment in 2016 while i was on maternity leave however i made means to contact MTN call centre to inform them of my financial situation, early this year i went to one of their retail shop at Southgate mall to make payments of all my outstanding arrears and their system was down on that Friday, i then went back the Monday only to be informed that i have been handed over to their lawyers and the lady at the shop gave me a card with their lawyers number so i could contact them. I then contact the company called VVM and made payment plan with them of two month, my last payment was month end April 2017 and till this date they still have removed my name from the handed over list and everytime i call the MTN call centre i am told that they will email their legal deparment about my query and this has been ongoing since May. I then requested for their legal departments email address and after sending them an email i was then told that i should request proof of payment from the VVM company but the lady who works at VVM informed me that MTN has access to see all contract accounts that have been settled..... I am very unhappy, dissapointed and angry at the service i have received from network company i have been with for more that 5years, i just want my name to cleared from the Credit Bureau.............................................. PLEASE HELP ME CLEAR MY NAME</p>
