MTN LEGAL *****S !!!

I ordered the MTN WiFi LTE spoke to the consultant,did an immediate payment mentioned to the consultant my id was ****** I'm using a temp ID was told it's okay .Only to be called told the order was cancelled.A month later I'm sending emails back and forth explaining the same story to the 100th agent no going forward even after I sent p.o.p.When I call customer care there is no option to speak to a consultant.

Quick to take money but can't deliver or refund! If I do not hear from MTN I will lodge a complaint at the Ombudsman and Icasa .
