MTN LEGAL POOR SERVICE

I was owing mtn on my contract, I paid the amount using their webservices when I called for a settlement letter they referred me to another debt collection company and i contacted them (CRC company) and they referred me back to mtn saying because I paid mtn directly and when I contacted mtn legal they gave me this ref *** and advised that the turn around time is 24-48 working hours and I have two weeks now still waiting for them... I wanted to take another contract with them but with this experience NO!
