Mtn legal pathetic service

Pathetic service from Mtn legal department I have paid more than what I was to pay. Now it’s all paid they still have the same amount outstanding on my name. It’s been over a month now that I’m battling to get it sorted no one can help me there’s no number to phone it’s pathetic service. I’ve had it service is pathetic when u need to sort a account out.
