MTN legal not assisting with account in default.

I am very unhappy with how MTN legal is handling the matter where my account was listed as in default. I contacted the call centre, which referred me to legal. The legal department gave me a runaround until ultimately someone responded with an amount I had to pay to correct the account. After paying the amount, they took time and when they responded, they told me I had to pay more. I asked for a statement, which to this day I haven't received.
