MTN Legal no reply

I have sent email after email regarding my account with Mtn the legal department doesnt reply no one gives you a answer or someone to email directly or to phone them because you are not allowed to phone them this is seriously bad service from mtn i have sent them all the paperwork to sort this out and only thing i get ias the automated response for over a month now
