MTN LEGAL IS A MAJOR PROBLEM

MTN legal has still not unblocked my number. Danesh was sent papers a couple of weeks ago. He said the papers were with the legal department. What kind of job is MTN legal doing because this is the second time the same papers have been sent to them and no adequate feedback? I'm not blaming Danesh because he did his part, like the Steve at MTN Maponya Mall had done and my number was not unblocked.
