MTN Legal don't respond

I had a few contracts Business with MTN. Unfortunately with COVID my business gone down the drain. Although not getting the service, I've paid all the money back to MTN for the contracts. I had from day 1 request, I will honor the contract and pay back the money, but please keep my number reserved in order to have it back. Money been paid, but now MTN legal don't respond to any query. The number I had for numerous years been given to somebody else despite my numerous requests.
