MTN Legal Deptment

In November I app**** for a data bundle and my application was rejected, Joy from MTN Boardwalk Richardsbay could not give me any reason and said I must CALL legal department at 808. I called them and the consultants said that legal department does not take any calls and I must mail them. Then within 24 to 48 hours they will call you back. It’s now more than a month and still nothing. Please help I know I don’t own MTN anything and I did not do anything wrong. I also canceled my Telkom account as I had to give them a month notice as well.
