MTN LEGAL DEPT WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
<p>After my husbands' passing, MTN legal was supposed to terminate the one contract nr and transfer the other contract nr to new ownership. The MTN consultant did her best to point out what needed to happen, but they disconnected me anyway on 20/10/2015 and until today 25/10/2015 have not activated me yet. Even the consultant struggles to get hold of MTN Legal. I was also told it was a "human error from the legal dept", HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO FIX A HUMAN ERROR!!!! I not only have to deal with the passing away of my husband, but also worry about all the institutions that cannot get a hold of me to sort out everything with regards to his death. MTN Legal is making my life hell at the moment!!!!!</p>
