MTN Legal dept *****ulant Contract

MTN has become the worst service provider in South Africa. I wonder how MTN can go and open a contract without a client knowing (***** Alert) and you start receing notifications that you owe us money for the device upgrade yet I never took hold of any device or accepted any contract with them ,This was done by the MTN legal dept which I suspect there people inside doing ***** and *****ing from clients.Because you cant do anything you can only be send from pillar to post to understand the reasons and motives of such actions.....I am left with no option than to use Social Media and Radios as I am not getting attention from them ,My number has been frequently disconnected due to this bogus contract which I should not be having.
