MTN Legal department service is disgusting

Wow MTN is disgusting to say the least. I've been dealing with them since February regarding a ********** account opened under my name. They told me the account had been closed only to find that i was not closed in fact its in arrears. I spoke to a consultant named Lebohang in their legal department who said the account had been closed but their banking department was not notified. She then promised that she will send a journal to their banking department I should call her back today to check. I call back today and she is on leave and did not leave any note nor send the journal to their banking department. Im so tired of this nonsense with MTN even here on hello peter they repsond and say they will be in contact and thats the end of it you'll never here from them again.
