MTN - Legal department seems like they closed down for COVID

MTN Legal is the worst service i have ever received, or lets rephrase there is no service. You cant contact them, not even MTN staff knows what their number is and the numbers that they do give you doesn't exist, then go further and speak to a Manager @135 service and get told they will contact you before COB today and guess what no one called. Ive been struggling for more than a week now just to get a bill paid.
