MTN Legal Department - No response on query ***

Please can the legal department make contact with me, I have visited your PAvilion and Musgrave stores to rectify my outstanding bill on account number A*** with them being unable to assist? Pavilion did log a query *** for me on the 4th of September 2022 and still, no one has called me or attended to this query as I was there yesterday to follow up. I have also tried numerous times to call 083135 to which my call does not go through as the MTN cell number has been deactivated.

All I want is an invoice to make payment and get a paid-up letter from you as soon as possible as this is affecting my bureau report and credit score.
