MTN Legal department MIA

Hi

I am still waiting on a response regarding my reference no. ***. An issue regarding a paid up letter that should have been sent to the legal department YEARS ago. none the less, its been weeks now that Ive been struggling with MTN to update my information, as my line is still open,and its blocking me from opening another contract. I am appalled with the service of the LEGAL department, which I cannot get hold of. Why is MTN hiding their legal department?

This is a matter that can be easily dealt with.
