MTN legal department is out of reach
<p>I have a contract with MTN , has arrears on a phone contract, arranged for a debit order to cover the unpaid balance and I was never debited after that I ws listed on the credit bureau I called MTN the countless time asking for the number to their legal department and got all sorts of wrong insurance numbers from their 'service champions' i PAID ALL THE ARREARS BUT STILL NO HELP FROM THEM THEY SAY i WOULD HAVE TO WAIT 30 TO 90DAYS to get someone from this legal department without a phone to even read my email and see that I have made payment and write a letter to the credit bureau which will take its own time removing me from their system. Whats worse my contract ends in July 31st ny the time that 90 days has passed it will be done, so the socalled data and minutes i took this phone for will not be recieved by me till the end . </p>

Thank you so much for your reply and escallating the issue your legal supervisory team, except I am so dissapointed the level of incompetency they report things and itcant even retrieve them on their own systems , Last year i had an account with with MTN which was handed over to Norton the account was payed off last year and i have now the payed up letter from them. the account i am currently speaking about is a cellfone contract i even gave the refference number c155828 but they are busy telling me about the account i payed up last year with a refference 145... ignoring my axplation and attachment of payent i made on the MTN outlet on the 29th of May. the terrible service continues the lasy massage says I cannot be removed from the Credit bureau without paying the full payment, which is confusing to me because I dont owe this company anything but 2 installment on the same acc c155828 for a contract that ends in July 31st.
