MTN legal department has no idea about service.

I ended my contract with MTN in Feb 2017 and now suddenly I get threats from several debt collector companies that I still owe MTN money.

After sending endless e-mails to the MTN legal department I got a response from Nomvula Zwane. She then send me a statement and I queried the final amount owed. This was already on the 9th of October

Since then I send her a mail daily to respond to my request and amend the final statement. There is absolutely no response from her or anybody else in the legal department.

I want to settle this account with MTN as they have not corresponded with me since this account has been closed.

I will not hand over any money to any debt collector as MTN don't respond to my request. If MTN had any customer relations savvy then they can at least respond to this matter so it can be resolved.
