MTN legal department ***********

I’m angry and frustrated with the service of MTN legal department. They fail to clear my credit record on ITC, it has been 8 months and this affects any prospects of me being granted credit as it reflects on my credit record that I still owe them. I have tried contacting the legal department for the past 8 months, being taken from pillar to post. The matter has still not being resolved since June 2024.
