MTN Legal Department bad Service

Good Day

It is with sadness that I have to write this review. As i have a Business Contract with MTN. I have been trying for days to get the additional line open that is on the account. When I phoned, I was informed that it has been handed over to the Legal Department. Not once was I contacted or did I receive a mail or any communication.

I then asked what the outstanding balance was made a payment the same day. when I asked why the line is still not active, I was told that it can take up to 14 days.

When they want money, we have to jump as a customer and do payment immediately. But all they need to do is to lift the suspension that takes 14 days. I will never recommend any of my clients or suppliers to MTN. I am in the sense of ending my business with them as soon as my contracts are complete.

But that is all we are just a number
