Mtn Legal Department Bad Service
I recently went to apply for a phone contract at Mtn Store Carnival Mall only to be declined because apparently my previous contract account was handed over to their legal department. If really I do owe them why did they never send me any correspondence suggesting that I owe them? To my knowledge I don't owe them a cent. I've been contacting Mtn from 27 November 2017 and to date no one is able to give me feedback on my query.
