MTN Legal department

It has been more than a year now that i have been struggling with MTN legal department. I at a stage had no job and couldn't make payments on my cellphone contract. I eventually got a job, but due to having fallen behind on all my debit orders, i had to go under debt review. the counselers made contact with MTN and were given the outstanding balance and payments were started being made. At the time when all those moneys were paid up, MTN legal said that there were no money received. Yet i sit here a year later with the proof of payments that were made to MTN that was even more than i owed you. MTN refuses to give me contact information to their legal department and to top it of, brushes me aside when i try to phone.. or just hangs up the phone. So here is what i will be doing. If MTN does not make contact with me somehow, i will have to go to the news papers, and probably have to take legal action against MTN. MTN legal better start waking up and start talking to the clients directly.
