MTN legal department

Absolute lack of accountability and feedback from MTN over two years . No one responds to my emails or returns my calls . I have sent the MTN legal department proof of payment in september 2022 . This proof of payment has been sent over six times in two years when asked for the documentation to be resent they continue to leave my account as outstanding and have affected my credit record. everyone blames each other for the problem and no one comes back to you. If some within MTN would care to take responsibility and contact me to resolve it would be welcome .
