MTN Legal Department

<p>Had a phone call from some lawyers accusing me of having an outstanding balance on a phone contract that I fully paid up 2 years ago. Have contacted MTN customer service and they say the account is clear but I need to go to MTN head office to sort out. Surely I can speak to the lawyers over the phone and resolve??
