Mtn legal and call centre

Mtn deactivated my contract by mistake yesterday. The response is pathetic from MTN. One can not speak to their legal department that made the error. The supervisor for JHB call centre was to responde by 12h00. Needless to say phones are still not reactivated and no response from Sandile.
