MTN Legal

I have multiple legal reference numbers with MTN relating to an account that reflects as default despite the account be settled and closed. This matter has been on going for over a month with no resolution in site. To date MTN legal has not response on any of my emails. We are in the process of buying a home and this is the only letter holding up the purchase of my house. All I need a letter stating that the account has been settled and closed.
