MTN legal

I have been trying to get hold of MTN Legal department for the past week. In December I paid my Cell phone account together with my 3 G account at the Clearwater Mall branch. The lady that assisted me there didn't allocate my 3 G payment to the 3 G account but to my cell phone account. Once I noticed that my contract was suspended I went back to the Clearwater mall branch where I paid the account just to be told that the payment the I made can not be rectified and will just show as a credit on my cell phone account. I just app**** for a personal loan and was surprised to learn that my 3 account has been handed to the MTN legal department. I tried to contact them just to listen to music now for the paste min without any help. Come on MTN you wont become the leaders in the market with this type of service
