Mtn legal

For two weeks I've been referred to mtn legal and but they are unreachable. 5 emails were sent to mtn legal and no response till this day. My contract is active even though I'm not using it because mtn legal has put a hold on it and come month end I'll be charged for services I didn't use and it will be another problem.
