Dear mtn I could not pay my contract with you slightly after the covid pandemic. You weren't accommodating when I tried to make arrangements. You then handed me over to vericred, whereby in December 2024 I paid all my outstanding arrears on One occasion. It's now October 2025 and after numerous calls end emails with my oaid up letter, you failed to write off the debt that I paid up in full. My credit profile has since been flagged on credit score and other establishments. I now cant get a new cellphone contract anywhere because of this ongoing issue with you. Your are useless with how you treat us as customers.
