MTN left me and my kids stranded for the festive season as they now retracted on their word.
I have suffered financial difficulties and my family will have a sour festive season because of MTN retraction of the refund payable to me. SHAME ON YOU MTN!

This is not acceptable. I will keep on complaining on HELLO PETER and send the complaint back to the National Consumer Board. MTN cannot make a promise for a refund and then retracted on their promise. No wonder there are so many complaints about MTN on HELLO PETER. I think I must also get in contact with the DIRECTORS OF MTN. This is definitely not a way to treat customers or previous customers. What happened to the transcript of cancellation!!!!
