MTN LEAVING ME HANGING !

I app**** for the black Friday deal over two weeks ago, I was advised I will be contacted to finalise this deal but to date, I have had no response. I have called and requested assistance but I have just been pointed from pillar to post with no help at all. Please can this matter be attended to urgently? I am at my ends with MTNs service.
