Mtn leak of training

Good day I have a problem I have been apply for loan it was decline due to mtn under default at experian. I call mtn they said the account is up to date.. I have been send to one department to another for this. I end up getting a consultant that under my story and logged a query with legal department the on 15 October the send a a request to experian which they respond back to the person that has send request to them to say that it was send incorrectly but that consultant didn't respond to correct. And I called mtn again on 27 October consultant logged a query it was resolved on the 28 October the request was send to experian again once again it was returned back to mtn saying that the person who send the the request is not authorized to do so now have logged the other one.. I don't know what else to do mtn are referring me to experian and experian is referring to mtn. I don't have a good experience with mtn is the first time using mtn network but I already regret it. I wanted to cancel the contract I was told that I won't get the airtime anymore.this is not the first complaint
