MTN laptop application

I ordered a laptop online and the consultant helped me through the whole process, after the call she told me that she will give me a call the following day so we can confirm my order. I haven't recieved a call from her and when i speak to other consultants they say she locked my application, they cannot do anything about it. Is online shopping a problem on MTN's side?
