MTN Langeberg Mall worst MTN shop ever

I app**** for a contract upgrade on 14 Jan 2015. Package deal includes phone and tv. I received my phone within minutes and I'm still waiting for the tv. I spoke to various consultants regarding the tv and all promised feedback. Up till today I've had no call or email or any correspondence from the store. They even said that they are too busy to answer any incoming calls. I've tried various avenues to log a complaint with MTN but to no avail.
