MTN Lambton Sinenhlanhla Mashazi is Nonsense she does not know how to treat ppl

Good day I have a problem with MTN at Lambton, I had signed a contract stating that I will b getting 10G of DD and 10night owl, and since it was on promotion they had a special where you get 34gig once off that will last for 30 days I did not receive such reason why I say that is because I was gonna get the data bundle on the 12th of each month so this month wen I checked I only had 30gig which 20 gig Is for YouTube it means the 10 gig is the one that I need to get initially as per the contract but the 34gig was not there, i have tried canceling my contract with them b4 the 7 days I was literally a Yoyo as I wud go to Lambton MTN and they will tell me that they can’t cancel I need to call MTN wen I call MTN they tell me I need to go to the store as it’s still within the 7 days, so I went back to Lambton MTN where I was assisted by Sinenhlanhla Mashazi she just didn’t show any interest in helping me as she wud send me back to the MTN consultant and she wrote my contact details down saying she will call me once she has found information bt she neva did and the 7 days passed already and today I go back and tell them that I did not receive the data they promised not the 10gig from the contract bt the one which was on promotion she claims I received it, as I did not want drama I left bt what I can say about MTN Lambton ladies is that they only pay attention to the guys who come to the shop they are very quick to smile and help but if it’s a woman or I don’t know if maybe they didn’t want to help me, at first I was assisted by Ofentse which he was very professional and explained certain things and he went on leave and I had to be assisted by the lady named Sinenhlanhla she is full of nonsense she doesn’t care abt customers. Lambton MTN ladies are just ****, they don’t know how to treat clients, I want to cancel my contract and they busy telling me stories since I am not happy with the service I cannot pay for something that does not make me happy and where I don’t even get a proper service.
