MTN LAMBTON

Good day. Mtn Lambton branch and the whole of the mtn department is *********** to do their work correctly. That is from the sales consutants to the area managers and everyone in between, dont know what they are doing. We were debited the wrong amounts since the start of the contract.. I suggest to stay as far away as possible from mtn as they debited our account by double the installment. Then the store manager tells us to reverse the debit order and come in to the branch to pay cash. Which is not allowed to do so or give that kind of advise. I would love or an external investigation so that i can take this situation further as we complained to the management and to date we did not receive any useful feedback. This has now been for the past 3 months. And all they can tell me. Is that my profile is very messed up and they cant tell me why..
