Mtn lalucia-********* business dealings

I signed a contract on 27/11/2020 at the lalucia branch and took delivery of the device.after 2 weeks I had to dona follow up with the administrator as to why I hadn't received the contract. He informed me that they had a backlog and I would be contacted the next day. On the day, the administrator posing as the store manager informed me they could not offer me the same contract but one with less benefits at the same price. I am disgusted that the initial contract is not being honored and that the store manager has not yet had the decency to contact me to rectify the situation. Is this how the stores are allowed to conduct business???
