MTN LaLucia Mall

I took out a contract on Monday, today is Friday and the simcard still has not worked. The consultant it not even making contact with me i have to call and do a follow up. When i try to call the store no one picks up the phone. This is frustrating as couple of days has passed and no joy. The mtn shop on LaLucia mall is the one i went to.
