Mtn lady un Newcastle mall sucks

My dad went to Newcastle mall to get a Sim swop and the lady didn't attend to him . He said she just said he must do the Sim swop himself . My dad wants his number back and I won't rest until he does. He is a community leader and needs his number. He didn't get the lady's name as she was so flippant with him and didn't want to serve him.
