I would like to express my gratitude to Bongi Moatshe working at MTN switchboard who made sure my query was resolved within 24hours.I had exhausted all the channels of my complaint to no avail for more than one week when my line was deactivated.I wish we had more people like you in that organization who are dedicated to their work.Good job and well done you are exceptional!
