MTN lacks service delivery!

I have been trying to apply for an MTN contract for over a week now, apparently my account from 2010 is sitting with the legal department which should have taken between 24 - 48 hours to resolve. However, 4 days later nothing has been resolved. My amazement lies with the fact that after the contract terminated, I was able to convert the sim to a prepaid number which I used for several years thereafter. Furthermore with my limited knowledge of Law, a debt prescribes after 3 years and this is 10 years later. I have just been reminded why I never renewed my 2010 contract. MTN still lacks service delivery!!!
