Mtn lacks security measures

My number was **********ly ported to mtn from vodacom. I called yesterday around 13:45 and was told the porting will be reversed, it takes about 2+ hours. It's now been 16 hours later and still no service. I cant understand how come it's so easy for numbers to be ported yet so difficult to get a new number(rica) Service providers should have more stringent measures in place to protect clients. Please sort my number out as this is my business line and not only creates an honest living but also creates employment.
