MTN Lack of support/service

I have been trying to cancel/migrate my Mtn contracts for weeks now. Started with a Mtn office, then numerous calls to 135. Numerous emails to different staff and customer care area. Filled in forms, provided ID copies. I have not heard anything for about a week. Phone 135. Hold on forever... then start the process again with forms etc. etc.
