MTN - Lack of Service Delivery

MTN, why are you not resolving the queries that have been sent through. Is this just another complaint, arg I dont want to deal with it!! I PAY my account monthly, yet you cannot resolve the issue with advertising deals, and not being able to deliver!! That is false advertising!!! How do you propose to resolve this matter MTN???
